A new year.
Overwhelming to see the lists of what people want to start this year! Me? Just taking it one day at a time, working on the projects which I really want to make. Some are kitted up, some have starts others are well on their way. One will be finished early in the new year, I think...
What works best for some, is just not what works for others. So be kind to yourself and follow your heart. This year will be a year of the Tortoise and the hare with a healthy dose of common sense. Also we forgot to dance, laugh and be happy.
Wishing everyone a relaxing and awesome 2023!

I had an ambitious plan of quilting for the start of 2022 . . . I hadn't planned on moving to a new house in 2022. My quilting plans for 2023 are much less ambitious and hopefully more relaxing and enjoyable. Happy stitching, happy New Year!

ReplyDeleteExcellent advice. Much appreciated by this tortoise.
ReplyDeleteOne day at a time is always a great way to start the year. Quilting is a one stitch at a time hobby to say the least.
ReplyDeleteGreat advise!
ReplyDeletePerfect advice as we step into 2023. Joy, peace, and happiness to you and yours.
