This week flew by, before we knew it Friday arrived. The yellow daffodils and pink tulips are in full bloom. Yesterday was a rainy day, today is blustery and cold. Had to do the grocery shopping this morning and the car did not want to start. Kind neighbour helped to get it going. This is the second time this week, so we knew the battery needed replacing. The car is now back to normal again.
Sewed all the quarter square triangles and some more. Trimmed them all to the three inch square size, then counted them. Only needed two hundred and eight for the pattern, have two thirty three? Scraps no more.
RSC21 colour for the month of May is red, went through the scraps and found these scraps so far. There is another box with some more reds which I need to go through as well.
I haven't gotten my red box out yet - I need to do that this weekend. Glad you had the car trouble at home and not in a parking lot!
ReplyDeleteGood that battery was dead at home, not at the store. Making hourglass blocks take a lot of time. Have fun working with reds this month, hapy stitching!
