Topsy turvy .

The world is topsy turvy,  the weather is cool outside with potential snow expected next week. So looking around the sewing room another quilt top got started. This pattern followed me home after quilt Canada in 2016? These fabrics is leftovers from 365 Quilt Challenge by Katherine Kerr in Australia.
Large pinwheel blocks prepped.
The smaller quarter triangle squares for the smaller blocks, which surrounds the large pinwheels.
The binding on this quilt will continue with some machine piecing for the new project above.
Diane has been stitching and finished. Coffee time. Ready for framing.

  2. That's a pretty new pattern you're going to be working on there! I love the sweet coffee cross-stitch designs, too - they look like fun to work on.

  3. April is always changeable. Some of the worst snowstorms can come in April, as can some lovely weather. So all outdoor plans must be flexible.

  5. I love how a project that was put away for years can suddenly need to have the life brought back. Looks like a beauty in the making!
