Some more applique was done on the red and white quilt. Played with some French knots and embroidery on some of the squiggly flowers. With the four week lockdown we are keeping a tight bubble. The weather was warm, 17C perfect for taking down the Christmas lights and doing work in the garden. The sweet peas got planted in deep containers. After eight weeks they will be transplanted into the garden. Have two lots, knee high dwarf and giant varieties.
The handquilting is growing slowly each day. The rest of the day was spent with the family playing board games and the garden needed some watering. March has been a dry month for us. Another beautiful day is forecast for today, so will get outside and new red some flower bed edges? Will be spending sometime outside Today.
outside is good at this time of year for sure! nice to play games with the family that is something my husband has never been interested in - he doesn't "play" with others well and likes to do things on his own. The quilts look good - good job on Love Entwined
