Old Town mystery is a finished top. The border strips got added to the center piece this past week.

These pieces have been sitting on the cutting table for the past month.

This top can now be put into the rubbermaid to be quilted in the future.

During this week we celebrated a birthday and our wedding anniversary. Last year hubby said he wanted to go and see The Lion King, so we did just that. It was a great way to celebrate! This theater was smaller, but the production was amazing. The costumes was incredible, the detail and the way every part worked really well together.

Kate said to me the other day, when you finish one sock : cast on the next one. I did with the other yarn so when these two socks are done, their buddies will be cast on too. Have some appointments which requires small travelling project, this is it for the moment.

The borders are quilted and the center can now be quilted, decided to do the lilac bands first. It is a little bit warmer, not a lot. Enough to notice it.
