We start many projects, some just end up being pushed aside while we work on all the other projects. It is great to get back to these old projects, picking up the needle and thread and carry on as if no interruptions ever occurred.
Prepped so many pieces and now these flowers are turned, ready for applique onto the background.
Finished the applique of the string leaves, added some stems.
The four corners have the leaves done until they need to be added to the sashings.
Smaller corner blocks are being worked on. Stems and flowers are needed on two of these blocks. Working only on attaching the pieces that was prepped way in day. Once it is all added, then I will be able to see what to do next on this project.
you are still working on Love Entwined - I don't think I will ever get back to that one, I really lost my interest in it.
ReplyDeleteI am back at it. With all the pieces prepared and just need to be appliqué on to the background it makes sense to carry on with it. Still enjoying it, the great thing is it is so portable and working on it outside in the garden.
