We do not live close to any family, as we are scattered across the globe. So when we do get together, it takes almost a year in planning for us to do so. It requires travel, multiple flights and jetlag. All part of the process, such is life.
Two more reading pillowcases needed to be finished before travel could commence. It has been a very busy year. On this trip, travel was through Paris airport.
Explored the terminal hall and found all sorts of interesting parts of it. Sleeping kitty was my absolute favourite!
Next up was a chocolate pastry. Starbucks was my saving grace for a cup of coffee.
Talking of sweet treats, found a macaron shop.
The bright blue ones is called Marie Antionette.
It was a rainy day in Paris, the airport terminal was remarkably quiet for which I was thankful.
