Where did the year go?
Hard to believe it is already December. The year has flown by, it has been and continue to be busy.
The smocking was completed and then the embroidery as well.
It is now done, ready to block and then to assemble the dress.
Smocking is not just for girls, boys too.
The pattern in the magazine was done in pink, this one if for a little girl who adore and love blue!
What else have been worked on? In the summer Soedidee announced a Christmas stitch-a-long. For each day starting December 1st a piece would be released to stitch until the 24th of December. This is the progress so far.
Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt from 2021 is being handquilted at the moment.
All of the flying border and set in triangles next to this border has been quilted. Have now moved onto quilting the large blocks on point.
